Very clean apartment. Quiet neighbourhood. Convenient for the train station and exploring the town. Many bulbs not working in kitchen made it dark but it’s would be only criticism. Very pleasant stay

Spacious flat close to city center

Really nice big flat where you can enjoy your stay even for family trip. Rooms are spacious, equipment is new and nice. I had issue with heating but It was resolved another day with refueling the tank. NEW TV could not connect the network be able to hear some music on youtube. No channel was working. I don´t know why. To be set up.

If I could give zero starts for this place, I really would. The place smelled like if it was closed for 10 years and we were the first guest there. The bathrooms were filled with mold, spiderwebs and just not good. The whole environment of the place seem like it wasn’t prepared for our arrival. We requested a refund because for my mom that suffers from allergies this was a complete nightmare to stay in and had to find another place. We were told a refund would not be given to us and we lost our money. I feel there should have been more consideration to the customer as the place was not suitable for no one.

Spacious, not too far from center

The apartment was specious. Location is about 10 minutes walk from central train station and about 10-15 walk to center of Graz. The parking was in a garage in another street. So when loading/unloading the car need find a parking near the apartment. One evening we came back back the parking spot was taken by stranger and we needed to park in a public space. There are few super markets not far a way. We stayed in July and it was hot and no air condition. The apartment in general was not well ventilated. especially the kitchen and the shower. The apartment and kitchen is well equipped. Other apartments we stayed were way much more clean then this one. We never met the host but the checkin / checkout instruction were clear. Wifi operated well and Netflix available on TVs Communicated to the apartment owner via email was OK
