“The front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. We do not speak French, and had an emergency where we needed two different taxis going different directions, we had no idea where to even start. She just picked up the phone and started calling for us and found each of us one right away. “Reception and house keeping are helpful and friendly. The only downside is buffet breakfast. Same items for 9 days”

“Great location. Close to downtown commercial area; everything within 10 minutes walk. The room was clean. Staff were very friendly as well. ”

“我們三人訂套房，窗台風景非常漂亮，我很推薦在安錫住這個安靜優雅的皇宮飯店”

“This property is in a great location in the middle of Megeve. Great restaurants in the building and many others within walking distance. Once you arrive a car isn't necessary. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed our room very much with a nice balcony over looking the village. Would definitely return.”

“It was an awesome stay. Everything was perfect. Will definitely be back again.”

“people at reception counter are friendly and kind. The breakfast is good.”
