「Really great customer service from staff especially Meera. This hotel is very walkable to Edgeware Road station and Marylebone station. Need to pay for earlier check in time (11am) but they can take your luggage if you want to go out in the meantime. 」

「The bed is very comfortable. Is a highlight of the hotel. Also location wise is perfect for people travelling to the airport too. The only thing was the hot water either super hot or none. Is hard to adjust for the shower to a suitable temperature for a shower. 」
