“The stay was a 4/5. There were a couple bugs found in the kitchen after a couple of days of stay. The amenities were well-shower was nice but pressure and hot water are not the best. The staff on property is very accommodating and helpful, quick to respond which was appreciated. Location is far walking distance from shops and dining unless you rent a car and taxis aren't cheap. However if you are wanting a quiet stay this is the place. Beach is literally outside back door and there is plenty of……

“Came with my daughter and were very happy! Property was super clean and bed was comfortable. I liked that it was on a quieter side of the island. Tropic of Cancer and Exuma point beaches are close and lovely. ”

“The house was cozy. However we had no hot water from the time we got there to when we left. The host seemed to care, and a maintenance person came by late evening, said he would be back the following morning. When we returned that afternoon, there was no hot water still. The message went unanswered, until late that night. Cold showers do not make for an enjoyable stay. “We can’t say enough amazing things about our stay! Jack sent us so many lists of things to do before our trip! He was always very quick to answer and respond to any questions or concerns we had. Kay was there to great us and show us around. We used the dock, patio, kayaks daily. We cooked all of our meals with the exception of 2 meals. Kitchen is well stocked. The cottage was perfect for us grandparents and the rest of our family enjoyed the main house. Off the dock… we saw sea turtles,……

“It’s a beautiful nature - turquoise clear waters and beautiful views. Our villa fit our needs - it was clean, quiet, safe, with a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. There was unfinished construction around that could be unsafe for little unsupervised kids, but it didn’t bother us. A lot of the island is not in a state that people from developed countries are used to. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and how nice the people from the island are. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches,……
