「I've given this property a 2 start rating for a few reasons but the biggest was that the listing is misleading and we had security concerns. It is overpriced at $300. Although its a cozy little one bedroom, near to a few beaches, its overpriced for what your getting. It would be easier to overlook our concerns if the price was less inflated. 1. We were not aware that the upstairs is also rented and the two floors were seperated by a simple bedroom door with no lock or security on our side....

「Both indoor and outdoor spaces were great. Loved the farmhouse feel and Beau the horse in the pasture was neat! We were close to our daughter, her husband and 7month old.」

「House was a lovely blend of charming 80-year old farmhouse with modern updates for a comfortable stay. Peaceful scenery of Amish country. Comfortable bedrooms and surprisingly spacious inside. Our only challenge was that kitchen supplies and stove were somewhat limited, but we still managed to make do and cook meals for our group. Overall, we would recommend and definitely stay here again! 」

「What a fabulous weekend spend in a beautifully refurbished farmhouse. Check in was super easy with a code and keypad, and Mark texted to remind us that if we needed anything we just had to send a note.The kitchen is exceptionally done with beautiful finishings.We ate outside and enjoyed the fresh air, but there was AC on both floors to keep the house cool during the 30 degree Celsius weekend.It's a short drive to the beach, and we enjoyed a day trip in Southampton.A wonderful weekend all around.」
