"Clean hotel, great location on the Northwestern Campus. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar seemed to be having a drain issue or something, had a bit of a smell while inside. Outside was great though. Fire pit and comfy seating, gorgeous views. Breakfast was AMAZING! The yogurt bar was so good! There were many types of fresh cut fruit and berries. All cold, to temp., very clean, hot food was hot. I have an alpha gal allergy, and I was still able to eat a full breakfast of hard boiled eggs, an amazing DIY yogurt parfait, fruit, and toast. There was an assortment of breakfast meats, scrambled eggs, potatoes, etc. The valet was easy to navigate, and the staff was so accommodating. Beautiful hotel, room wasn’t huge, but it was clean and gorgeous. For the money; it was a steal!"

"Loved the fall's views from our room and the resteraunt. They were absolutely incredible. The nightly fireworks over the falls with the multi-colored lights illuminating the falls were stunning. The only thing we didn't like was the elevators. The majority of them were temporarily shutdown at high peak traffic times, making for a really long wait to get to and from our rooms. Taking the stairs on the high floors was out of the question. Hyatt, what's up with your elevators. That was a first."

"Overall, our stay was very good—almost excellent! Our main concern was the mattress, which was larger than the bed frame, causing it to overlap the edges and making it quite squeaky and uncomfortable at times. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was superb. All of the staff were very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. They truly made us feel at home. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here every time we visit Toronto. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant experience!"
