"The room and facilities were excellent however for some reason we were told we had to park offsite when other guests parked in the underground parking on site. They do provide a shuttle service but still no explanation for people being diverted? ….. Overall a great stay at the Hilton and great live band….Michel"

"Great location with lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had an issue with the thermostat as the room stayed at 74°F and we couldn’t get it any cooler. Maintenance came by and explained that this is their usual temperature setting, but they were kind enough to look for another room for us. They did find one, but since I was out all day and leaving the next morning, I didn’t bother moving. We stayed in a room with two double beds. The beds were very comfortable, but the room was quite small. There was only enough space to open one suitcase at a time, and the bathroom was pretty tight as well. I’m only 5 feet tall and found it a bit cramped, so taller guests might notice it even more. Overall, a good stay thanks to the great location, comfortable beds, and helpful staff."

"Could not ask for a better view! Convenient restaurants nearby and very short walk to the incline railway. Only suggestion is to stop for bottled water or drinks to store in the mini fridge for your room. They have a coffee bar in the lobby and vending machines. We just prefer the convenience of having drinks in the room, especially when traveling with kids. Everything was absolutely perfect. Very clean rooms, and awesome, friendly staff."

"The room and property was clean and spacious. The towels were soft but a noisy vent came on with the light in the WC area. The AC was noisy and not very effective leaving us too warm at night but overall the room was alright and we could watch the fireworks from our 10th floor window. We had a car so the location was perfect for the attractions on both sides of the border.The breakfast buffet had many options, hot and cold but was only average. The bacon was like jerky and the scrambled eggs must have been a premix, not from freshly cracked eggs. The food staff were pleasant. Our 4 night stay was acceptable and we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub too."
