"Our room wasn’t property cleaned (we found items from a previous guest under the bed). We aren’t ones to complain but after two days of no cleaner coming to clean our room, I called the front desk and asked to have our room clean as it had been skipped for two days. They said they would send someone and never did. I called 2 hours later and they said it was too late in the day and we would have to wait until tomorrow, but we were checking out the next day anyway. Disappointing. "
