“We booked a room at the Carriage House at the Copper Swan because the photos on Expedia and the property's website made it look clean, charming, and well maintained. Unfortunately, our experience was completely different. When we arrived at approximately 6:00 p.m., there was no staff on-site to greet us. Instead, there was simply a note with a key waiting for us. We also discovered that we had been assigned a room on the third floor of the main house rather than the Carriage House room we had……

He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! “This place is awesome, super close to everything, and you can walk everywhere. They hook you up with coffee vouchers for the shop around the corner, which was a sweet treat every morning. The parking lot is tiny, but if you back in with a bigger car, it's way easier to get in and out. Our room and bathroom were spotless, and we even had our own private entrance outside the hotel. I'd totally stay here again, my only beef is the thin walls – you can hear people coming and going in the halls at……
