“Disgraceful ,they knew they had multiple guests stranded with nowhere to sleep and didnt care .The property was cluttered ,we had to push a mattress out the way to use the toilet(no hand-wash)aka cupboard.The kitchen is not the one in pictures 1/3 of size ,dirt,mould in corners of fridge ,what appears to be mouse droppings in cupboards,plenty of pics as proof .key safe to enter property just popped open so anyone could walk in in night. “Room was not your bog standard decor but was unique, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with an excrllet shower. The staff were polite and would acknowledge you even if you were just passing. “We had a very enjoyable stay at Strattons Hotel. The hotel was one of six I believe. We were just over the road from reception and where the restaurant is located. Very clean room which wasn’t as big as I was expecting but more than adequate for myself and my husband. I arranged for a bottle of Prosecco to be in the room for when we arrived, this was done along with a birthday card - lovely touch. Breakfast was brilliant.
