"The facilities were too old and dirty. And the staff especially the young man who was very rude and impolite that made anybody angry with them. 這家旅店的設施極殘舊！門是壞的，窗是卡住的。收費與設施、服務不相稱，工作人員尤其是那年青男子態度十分恶劣，竟與住客吵架，更在没之前的提示之下，指斥客人不執碗碟和不泊車進後花園。令不少客人十分不满！"

Lovely experience
"A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly."
