Dining inside a genuine, ancient cave environment is a truly unforgettable way to start your day. The food is excellent, but the service is what elevates it. We must give a massive shout-out to Emad, the breakfast manager. He embodies genuine hospitality; he goes all out in service, ensuring every guest is looked after well. Emad’s personalized attention and genuine care made the dining experience feel incredibly special. For a combination of top location, great amenities, a unique experience, and five-star service (especially from Emad!), the Edom Hotel is unbeatable. Highly recommended!"
