“Peaceful, comfortable and fun. The place came as advertised, right on Gouldsboro Bsy. An eagle was hanging out right next to us! It is close to the Schoodic section of Acadia National Park. We hiked and biked there, the views of the coast are phenomenal. We also hiked on the Pigeon Hill Preserve in Steuben, great views from there as well. ”

“This was authentic Maine - lovely cabin located in the trees. It was a nice getaway from the crowds. Beds were comfortable and everything was as described. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks to Chad for the smooth check-in/out and for providing such a unique spot to stay near Acadia and Bar Harbor.”

“My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was perfect and the view of the bay was awesome. Seals, Eagles and occasional dolphins were most morning. The cabin was well equipped with everything you need for cooking; but other than breakfast we did not take advantage. The mornings were best for sure. Peace and quiet, nice place for my morning bible study and enjoying Gods beauty. Wanda, the property manager was so so great. We had a few issues but she was all over it and was greatly……

Loved exploring the bay area at low tide finding sea creatures. Contact Captain Matt's for getting good deals on fresh lobster. The cabin fit my family of 10 great. We hope to come back again.”
