“Hotel was fine for a cheap stay however the mattress was VERY uncomfortable.”

“My stay was almost excellent. A lovely, clean room with good facilities and a comfy bed. The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. I had a lovely massage by Teira (?) and enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi. The breakfasts were excellent too. The maids worked hard also and were very sweet. Low spots were for me, as a woman staying alone for……

“The stand out from our stay were the very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very nice and a lovely breakfast each morning. The room was comfortable and the view fabulous, the bathroom a little on the bijou side and no heating but apologies if there was and we just didn't find it!!!”

“This place was not very clean! The pictures online are nothing like the rooms! The bed was the worst bed iv ever slept in the spings was coming through ! There was a horrible damp smell in the bathrrom! There was rips in the sofa that was filthy ! Damp on net curtians! Window in room never opened! Damp in corner above cooker! Shower was filthy ! Stood on piece of glass on floor in room ! Comunal area on way in was filthy ! Would never go back here !!!!!! ”

“Short walk to the beach, quiet area but walkable to the main attractions of GT Yarmouth. Jean was lovely and friendly, breakfast was great and Room (1) was very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.”

“This hotel is just absolutely Horrible. Never stay there Never book there. Hotel is advertised on Expedia website as open But is Closed. Has been closed for 3 weeks + They take Bookings & your £ But No Service They are advertising to take Bookings for NY Was booked to stay there for 10 nights over Xmas & immediately had to find other accommodation upon arrival of being locked out. “Nice place to stay, initially while’s going through the reviews I taught it was bad, but it is a very nice and clean place to be. Just that the heater was not functioning well.”

“A lovely and friendly hotel. My room was great with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast (full english) was great, with all elements cooked to perfection. I stayed a couple of nights to go to Yarmouth races. Only a few minutes drive away and if the weather was better, I would have walked. It's about a 40 minutes walk, along the sea front then a few minutes inland. Or 20 minutes walk the other way and you're into the heart of Yarmouth. So the hotel is convenient, whatever you're looking for.”
