"We got “upgraded” to a pool room, which was nice but we did not ask for it and it ended up being an accessible room which I’m sure people that needed it would have appreciated but it made things harder for us (I’m aware how this sounds).
Room was clean, but a little outdated. The bathroom had definitely seen better days.
They did come and made the beds every day.
But they would knock on your door at 7-8a to stock your refrigerator and definitely opened the door after the second knock even though it was very clear that the chance someone was in were very high!
Food was good, great at times - but the staff were not tentative at all! I’m not asking for excellent service, but at least acknowledge that I asked for something, or like I’m not bothering you with my asks, which were VERY limited. I was surprised and very thrown off by that. This was the case at every bar, restaurant, and the buffet.
It was very hard to book a reservation at the restaurants, even tho they were mostly empty, I get managing capacity. If you got a reservation and the hostess were to sit you it was the most awkward experience as they would just start walking in front of you and you were left confused about if you should follow them or not.
I felt like it was safe in general.
Their spa services were amazing. As if you stepped into a completely different world. Highly recommend.
