The property was beautiful, premium drinks, great quality food, and amazing service/entertainment teams. We were incredibly impressed with our personal butler Francisco who made every step of the trip easy and enjoyable. Beautiful location, very accommodating. The only opportunity we found was the showers & balcony jacuzzis didn’t work great in the rooms. Otherwise, the resort was fantastic.

I would recommend this resort to anyone. It is perfect for couples, families, friends, any occasion. Don’t plan to spend much time at the beach unless you don’t mind all the seaweed. It’s beautiful to sit there but very few opportunities to swim due to the amount of seaweed. I went with my daughter and stayed in the Over 18 areas. We had such a great time. There was always something to do, food to eat and beverages to drink 24/7, there were shows every night and the restaurants were good. The food didn’t really impress, but everything else did. We had a private pool with 7 other rooms and that was wonderful for quiet relaxation and there were public pools with swim up bars and music that we also enjoyed. All of the staff went above and beyond with every detail from the second we arrived until we got into our shuttle to return to the airport. I would highly recommend Majestic Mirage!

The resort looks amazing! Most staff is extremely friendly. Our butler Jeffrey was amazing, and checked on us all the time. The room was great! We had a suite with private pool access. Even though that was very nice, there were pipes from the pool emptying into the grass right beside us which made a big puddle the entire time. The pool with the swim up bar had some tiles missing and was a bit dirty. However none of it was bad! The food was okay, cafeteria quality. The steakhouse was really good. Unfortunately there was some seaweed at the beach but that’s just nature. All in all it was great and we will want to return. There was a lot of people that come there every year. It was a great trip!

We stayed at the Majestic Mirage Punta Cana from July 14–20, 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience. From arrival, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Special thanks to our amazing butler WILBER, who was attentive, kind, and helpful with everything we needed. I’ve recommended both the hotel and Wilber to everyone since returning home. At the pool, Juan Banardo went above and beyond — always checking in, bringing drinks, providing fresh towels, and even remembering my entire family’s names. He was so friendly and shared stories about his family, which made us feel connected. For my husband’s birthday, Wilber arranged a dinner reservation and had our room beautifully decorated — such a thoughtful touch. We also met ELIO from Destination Vacations, who helped us book an excursion. His recommendations were spot-on and exactly what we wanted. Evenings at the bar with Rafi were so much fun — he made our nights memorable. You should arm wrestle him. :) The only small downside was the transfer to and from the hotel. While the drivers were polite and kind, arranging the transfer was a bit of a hassle. Thanks to Wilber, Juan Banardo, Elio, and Rafi for making our stay so special. We’re already looking forward to coming back and hope to have the same wonderful team. I’ll continue recommending the Majestic Mirage to friends, family, and coworkers.

My stay at the Majestic Mirage was nothing short of amazing! The resort is beautiful, safe, and elegant truly a slice of paradise. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special shoutout to the entertainment team, who kept the energy high with fun shows and activities. I had an especially great experience with Xavier an incredible host full of spirit and positivity. His energy was contagious and really took the experience to the next level. Whether it was dancing, hosting events, or just checking in on guests, Xavier made each moment unforgettable.
