My husband and I would love to go back here again. We had a swim-up room, which came with VIP check-in and a butler. The service was outstanding. The food and drinks were delicious. The resort is easily walkable and well-maintained. It felt luxurious and even smelled good! The pools and beach were relaxing. We enjoyed the spa and hydrotherapy area. We definitely recommend it for a relaxing sun vacation.

The property was gorgeous! The staff was accommodating and friendly. Even the events they had each night were a blast. I highly recommend a romantic dinner on the beach and the massages, both were amazing! The swim up bar pool is in the shade but that just meant more time on the beautiful CLEAN beach.

It was a fantastic stay for our family. We spanned 3 generations - grandparent, parents, and adult children - and the staff made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was wonderful, even for our gluten free and vegetarian family members. My father-in-law loved the buffet and my children sampled all the choices. Dario at the breakfast buffet was super attentive, while at the beach, Luis, Bryan, and Miguel all made sure we had everything we needed and Myra made sure everything was spotless.
New Years Eve Party was fantastic.
Beach was wonderful.

Everything was great, the entertainment director (Red) arranged so many activities, Karaoke, circus night, even a magic show… my butler Eric was very efficient, and made sure my husband bday was perfect, and after meeting Nikki and Ivey, I’m so happy I joined the travel club. All of the staff were courteous and responsive. I will definitely come back!

The staff from arrival to departure went above and beyond could not have asked for better service from the wait staff at the restaurants to the bartenders, housekeeping, room service and last but not least our butler Pedro absolutely a 5 star plus experience. Love this hotel. This is my second stay and the staff it’s amazing. Had an amazing time from the time I arrived to the time I left. Alexander was my personal butler and was great also Josue at the beach. Thank you for the amazing service and making my stay/birthday exceptional. Will definitely come back again. The room was nice and clean we had a great view to the ocean at the Viento Room. Great food and always a welcoming staff.
