The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others."

"I was just finished 6 nights at this Hotel. The hotel room is spacious enough for my family of 2 adults and 1 kid. The hotel room can view four train tracks and riverside which’s quiet lovely, especially my son loves to see the trains. However, there was noise coming from outside during night and morning. If you needed quiet sleep, you need to consider of this. Kitchen was clean and old fashioned but not the pan for cooking was not good enough. No room service, breakfast needed to purchased separately. Anyway, it was a pretty good experience to live there for a week."

"浴室里放了两瓶身体乳，一瓶放在淋浴间洗头水和沐浴露中间，没有护发素，很明显是搞错了，连续住了五个晚上都没有更改，说明相关职员粗心。 前台职员（同一位亚裔女子），明明在4月15号与客户用非常流利的中文交流（因为房间水管无法供应冷水，洗浴时只有极热的水），到了4月17号在处理客户咨询时说自己不会中文，一直用英文。态度不友善"

"梳洗用品高級好用，職員非常友善，酒店是vintage的風格，浴室設施會舊式少少，但功能冇問題，我的房間沒有花灑，只有頭上淋水的，預先講咗係度蜜月，有幫我upgrade，非常貼心~"
