Sorry but the eggs are too watered down and the dining area was a bit unsupervised, food items were not restocked as it should've may be the cook needs an assistance I thing that is a job for 2 people not just one. “We have stayed at the Historic Cary House for many years while visiting wine country near Placerville. It is very convenient and walkable to Main Street restaurants and to regional wineries. The hotel is clean and quiet. The front desk manager is very helpful.”

“Checking in was a breeze with a very professional person at the desk. The room was very nice and clean. I have no complaints except for the fact it was very expensive, way to expensive for Placerville CA to just get a few hours sleep. That has nothing to do with the service or the room but come on Placerville???????????”

“We stayed in the basement room (1 queen and bunkbed) which was perfect for our family of 4 with a dog. The room opens up to a big outdoor area, so it's extremely easy to to take the dog out. There was a small fridge and microwave so we had everything we needed for a night's stay. The only thing to know is that you have to go down two flights of stairs to access the room which may be an issue for some. Would definitely stay here again!”
