「What seperates this hotel from many others in the downtown area is the people. They truly work to make your stay comfortable. My room was not satisfactory when I arrived as it looked like the plumbing backed up into the tub. They promptly gave us a different room and a breakfast voucher. 「Great hotel to stay in. The area is quiet even on the day of a cardinals game. The free beer and snack social hour was a nice touch. Only downside is when a lot of people are there the elevators are impossible to use since there are about 9 floors but there’s no changing that.
