「Many amenities to enjoy. However, it was unclear what was included in the cost of the room and what wasn’t. That made it prohibitive for us to enjoy all that we thought was available to us without more expense. The place was well kept, though the common areas were loud, making it difficult to get in a call or do some work with privacy. We enjoyed our stay and the attention to detail given by the staff.」

「The breakfast buffet was cold, in our room, our bath tub was dirty, the fan above the shower was leaking a yellow/rusty color water and was collecting in the bathtub that was not draining. We had notified the front desk and he said “I apologize, this building is old” stated there was no other rooms available, but didn’t even offer a discounted rate for our room and unusable shower.」
