「I was surprised how the rooms are remodeled and refurnished. Everything looked amazing very clean, very elegant and stylish rooms. I also liked the text message system that let us know that our room was ready earlier than the check-in time. That was very helpful. Also, the checkout was very easy. The hotel looks very elegant. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I sent a text from the pool asking for more towels and within five minutes, they brought fresh towels to the pool. Thank you...

The only complaints were the lack of cleanliness of the mattress cover on the pullout couch--we think that may have been due to crumbs etc. in the couch that got transferred onto the clean linen. We did have to go to the front desk that night to get a replacement since housekeeping was done for the day, but it was not a big deal. There was also some dried goop on the tile in front of the fireplace. Again, not a big deal at all, but we were concerned they might have thought...
