“This is a nice hotel, and this was our third visit to the hotel. However, we planned the stay based solely on using the outdoor pool, and didn't realize the hotel sells passes to people who are not staying at the resort. The pool was crowded. There was only one bartender to make drinks for everyone but there were probably 8 servers who were standing around waiting for drinks to be made. It ruined the vibe we were hoping for.”

“My mother and I had a great time in Neenah and this hotel was part of the reason. The King suites with the jetted tub were huge and cozy and clean. My mom and I each had our own and we both agreed we were able to relax in this “home away from home” because we weren’t afraid to get comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the food at the adjoined restaurant was really good with both an extensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu.
