"In the room fridge wasn't stocked everyday unless we called. 24 hour lounge was ok."

"We stayed in the garden bungalow and rustic is an understatement. Towels taken each day but sometimes no clean ones brought back. Only 3 outlets, cat and dog noises all night and crossing the road to get to our bungalow felt very unsafe with how fast locals drive. The food was sub par. Beautiful cliff area and the pools were clean. Staff was pleasant. Would not return. "

"I was hesitant about staying in 834 because I was used to staying in the deluxe rooms. However, my room was awesome! The lifeguards were all helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back!"

"So Many pools to choose from. Amazing. Staff were amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Food was wonderful. We had the best time. The only thing that needs to be fixed are the roads. Very bad to get from Montego Bay to Negril. "

"Amazing pool with plenty of comfy seating surrounding and shade available. Enjoyed the coffee shop both in morning and evening. The upper deck infinity bar with evening vocalist was both relaxing and entertaining. Rooms were clean and well maintained. My girls enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling in the cove. The steak house and Japanese restaurant provided exceptional dining experience. Good late-night burger at Sports bar. All bartenders and wait staff very friendly. Expedia staff very helpful and checked in on us a couple of times. Very pleasant experience at Grand palladium for our family vacation!"

"Very cute & clean rooms. Nice variety in gift shop. Perfect location on 7 mile beach. Excellent bartender & very reasonable drink selections. Lots of delicious selections to choose from on breakfast, lunch & dinner menues. Lunch menu is served til 5pm! Fine dinning for dinner!"
