“The apartment was modern and comfortable and the property had excellent amenities. The only thing lacking was a hot tub, but the fire bowl made up for it. This is a great place particularly for young adults. The entry instructions were clear, but we struggled with getting the key fob for the room and using the App for the garage. Fortunately, there were helpful people there who assisted us. We were disappointed to be staying only one night. We would definitely make this property our home base if……

“Property was exceptionally clean. The noise level was loud with emergency vehicles and helicopter pad being across the street at Vanderbilt Hospital. Really enjoyed the walkable neighborhoods and Vanderbilt Campus.”

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.”

“The only hiccup that occurred was there was no parking pass left in the apartment for us. After texting them we were able to get one from another room. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good - recommend taking pot holders and baking pan if you want to use the oven.”

Walkable to Nissan (about 30 minutes), Ubers seemed easier to get from downtown than the west end where we stayed last visit, and generally about 8-15$ depending on the time of day. The place was very clean and big. There is parking on the street and the property had parking as well. There is an elevator which is handy. The air worked great in the condo, you just have to leave the bedroom doors open for it to circulate in there. The property management was so responsive on……

“This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. There is a Taco Bell right under the windows that stays open ultra late, so you hear people talking at all hours of the night. The entire street……

“Clean, comfortable and great location. I think someone was giving a hippo tango lessons upstairs, though. It’s irritating that they make us not only pay for my own TV source (e.g. Hulu), but mow also pay for Chromecaster just to watch TV at the end of the day. Also note that the ground floor looks out into a parking lot and sidewalks, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a fish bowl. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay. ”
