“Nice, clean place. Room service didn’t come to our room and one elevator for the amount of people that were was a little inconvenient. But it was 4th of July weekend.”

The staff were so helpful and polite even at our late arrival of near 1am. The breakfast was very good with protein and fruit options, including yogurt. The facilities and rooms were clean. “Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. Microwave and refrigerator went off. We moved the coffee maker to another electrical outlet and it worked fine. Called the front desk about the……

“06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call. I called twice and no one answered - ended up having to call customer service to get an answer. Finally checked in closer to 7, the towels in the……

“None of the room that I selected when made the reservation wasn’t available at check-in. The property is old and needs updates. I always check for bedbugs in every room. Luckily I didn’t find bedbugs, but I did find dead bugs behind the mattress. There’s old water stains in the tub and around the grout lines. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot on the floor cause it seems like it needs to be cleaned. There was an old stale smell as soon as you walk into. in the tub and around the grout……
