「We had a wonderful four-night stay at The Granary. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was so comfortable and we slept very well. 「I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell and the bedding felt stale and musty. I had to keep the window open all day and night just to make the room bearable, which was far from ideal on a cold and wet February weekend.
Cleanliness was also a major issue. The walls were visibly dirty, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, the mats appeared unwashed, and the floors were stained. On top of that, there was no proper hot water for showers — we...
