「Beautiful property that was close to Downtown. At first we were nervous about space, but were pleasantly surprised. We were very comfortable. Will definitely have this down as one of our go to when we are back in the area. 」

「Not the best experience, even if space is well-appointed1) The door lock is a keypad & it stopped functioning on our 3rd day. We were locked out of loft 3 times & the code would not work. They couldn't figure out why/what was happening. After 2 lockouts they sent someone to change batteries, didn't help. They tried locking/unlocking the door remotely (a little scary from a security standpoint) - didn't work consistently. 3rd time lock seized & they left us standing in the cold with no solution....

「We spent a week in the Greenville area looking a prospective property to purchase and this loft was perfect. It only took us 10 min to drive to Greenville and less than 30 min to surrounding communities. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is a very nice place and would try to get it again if we come back to Greenville.」
