I paid for a 24 hour parking and had a hotel key card, but when I went to leave the machine refused my ticket and would not open. I attempted to call the hotel staff for help and they only said they had to call someone else and that was It. The machine made me pay for a lost ticket in order to leave the garage which was $30.
