Located in the desirable West End, our 2-story, 2 bedroom townhouse is just a 5-minute walk to Falls Park, the baseball stadium, Main Street, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

With room for 6 adults and even your furry friends, this property is perfect for your next family getaway or a week of work in town.

The first floor features a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and an open living plan connecting the kitchen with the dining room that seats 6.

The comfortable living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace and a 55" smart TV, perfect for cozy family nights in.

Grill dinner and enjoy Greenville evenings on the back patio, and take advantage of the free WiFi, coffee and tea, cable TVs, gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, and plenty of firewood for the fireplace.

The second floor is carpeted with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room.

You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including 2 free parking spots right outside the front door.

Our family-friendly property includes a pack-and-play and booster seat, and we're happy to welcome your leashed pup to enjoy the grassy area at the end of the parking lot and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Great property! Great location!
A great place! We were there for an extended 3-week stay and this rental was perfect for us. Host Melinda was outstanding with communication and owners did a great job outfitting the unit with everything you could need for cooking or comforts of home. Within walking distance to Falls Park and everything on Main Street, the unit was clean and in a safe area. We really loved it!

Amazing Stay
Everything about this condo exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in the place was super clean, and beautifully decorated, with well-stocked kitchens, beds, and baths. Just Perfect!
This property was just perfect for our first time visit to Greenville. The minute we walked in, we knew we chose the right place. This townhouse is warm and welcoming, beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and offers everything you could possibly need in a very organized manner. You will sleep soundly on the comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. The location is ideal and just a brief walk to downtown’s restaurants, shops, the river and park. We loved this location within walking distance of the West End downtown Greenville. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Lovely home (about time for carpet cleaning and refresh - understand this is a challenge with a pet-friendly home).

Fun weekend in Greenville!
It was only my wife and I. The other couple cancelled at last minute. The condo was perfect for us. And would have been if the other couple joined as well. Very close to town for walking to restaurants, etc. Safe area. We enjoyed using the fireplace (wood provided)
