Fully, privacy fence in our large backyard backing up to woods for your doggos :) Only 10 mins to the popular West End of downtown and 12 mins to the heart of the city, this up and coming new build section of an established neighborhood backs up to the Saluda River.

Only ~30 mins to Clemson Tigers stadium, Paris mountain for hiking, amazing breweries and coffee shops all over the GVL area!

Clean home and hosts were very accommodating with last minute extra night being requested. Hosts were very responsive during our stay. Only complaint is that the beds are very uncomfortable. We had to purchase a mattress topper at local store and put on bed. Mattresses are extremely firm

This rating is more of a 4.5 due to one minor setback. Beautiful property with convenient amenities. Clean and very spacious. The .5 deduction was due to the garage situation. I was initially granted guess access to the garage door lift via the manufacturer's app, but when I later found my access was revoked. It was a bit of an inconvenience having to ether the home to open the liff from inside the garge
