Absolutely wonderful, friendly, kind, courteous and prompt responses from staff- can’t rate them all highly enough. This is from the front desk, the valets who helped us off load even though we were doing self-Parking, to the cleaning folks - all just wonderful. Have stayed at other hotels and other Marriotts and this is one of their best!

Clean property. All the staff was pleasant, and the bartenders at Oak and Honey were great.

A peace of crap place, avoid it. I tried to cancel the booking 30 days before through Expedia, personally and never got a response back. Afterwards general manager is asking for apologize saying we didn't notice that.

Residence Inn Staff Were Friendly and Helpful.
This hotel was beyond clean!!! Our room was amazingly large!! Will definitely stay again. Plus we parked our car once we arrived and never needed it again. Everything within walking distance.

I only stayed at the property for one night on February 5, 2024. My stay was less than satisfactory. We did not have adequate towels or any soap at the sink in the bathroom. This was remedied by a telephone call. We also noticed that we did not have hot water in the bathroom sink but we did not think this was a problem at the time. It was not until the morning when we went to take a shower and we did not have any hot water. We did make a complaint with the supervisor by the name of Marcia (not sure about the spelling). Mind you this was on February 6 that we spoke with her. She validated our concerns and agreed to compensate us with 10,000 points. After several weeks of calling back-and-forth, we still have gotten nowhere. We are at the point now where we are just being avoided terrible customer service.
