Convenient to explore so many places. Falls Park only 4 miles away and Ashville, NC is about an hour away. Gorgeous mountains so close (Paris mountian 20 min, Table Rock 30 min.) Large, well stocked kitchen. All the amenities you want nearby w/stores, restaraunts, hiking, bicycling, rafting, kayaking, boating, etc. Relax on this 1/3 acre with in ground pool, gas grille, privacy fence in back and beautifully updated home. 3 car parking TV in living room uses firestick.
The space
Great updated ranch with large spacious kitchen fully stocked (blender, table service for 10, cutting boards, pots,pans, even some basics in the refrigerator, and pantry, all you need to make your own meals. Snacks on the kitchen table too for when you arrive. A pantry is stocked with most staples. I encourage you to see what is here before making a grocery run. Plus lots of grocery stores around without tourist prices.
Swim in the inground pool (depending on the season). Relax on the covered patio and enjoy Greenville's temperate weather. Bedrooms are all spacious. One includes a desk and bookshelves with reading options, games and playing cards also provided. Nicely updated bathrooms include everything you need (a variety of shampoos, soaps, toothbrushes toothpaste). Washer, dryer, laundry soap all available for you. I travel often myself and have tried to think of everything you may possible need while you are here. Check out the drawers and cupboards to find even more conveniences. PLEASE NOTE- THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. No smoking or vaping is permitted on the entire property.

Other things to note
The pool is closed in December, January, and February. We usually open in Mid March. In addition the pool is not heated but we do use a solar cover in colder months that it is open.
