Beautiful 3 bedroom (king, queen, full), 2 bath home located on 1.5 acres. Located 5 minutes from GSP Airport and 10 min to beautiful downtown Greenville and Falls Park. Also 2 minutes from Woodruff Rd, where you will find tons of restaurants and shopping plazas. Kitchen is fully equipped and property has a BBQ Grill outside. The master suite is upstairs with it's own bathroom and extra large soaking tub. There is also a large loft area outside the master, perfect for some quite office work or a game area for the kids. Out the back door of the house is a fenced area that is secure and makes a safe place for pets.

On occasion we are able to accommodate an early check in or late check out. This must be arranged with the owner in advance of your stay and a small additional fee may apply.

We have a 2 night minimum stay.

No parties allowed. The outside of the property is monitored by video surveillance.

Home away from home

This property met most of our needs for the entire 6 day stay; gathering space and individual spaces for solitude. Beds were super comfy, kitchen was easy to navigate, laundry was a bonus!

Amazing stay!

Property managers were quick to resolve a slight check-in issue we had and accommodate us with an extra night. The property itself was perfect with plenty of space and just minutes from restaurants and things to do. Also everything was super clean! Would absolutely stay here again

Quick family visit

We stayed here for a quick 2-night family visit. When we arrived, we found the house to be very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to local restaurants and shopping. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again the next time we’re in Greenville.

Great space

We stayed here to offroad at Gulches OHV park for the weekend. Plenty of room to park a trailer and truck, or multiple vehicles. It was a comfortable space and the house is very useful. It's almost like being home. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Charming Cabin in the woods

Great home with a fabulous yard for family get togethers. We just didn't have enough time to enjoy since we were out most days. Super convenient to town and Extremely quiet during the night. Great little fenced in back yard and plenty of little nooks in the house to hide for some quiet time.

Family Reunion

We traveled to South Carolina to visit family and celebrate my in-laws 70th Wedding Anniversary! We had three kids, three adults, and a dog. The house was perfect for what we needed! It's in a convenient location and has plenty of space! I highly recommend this property!

perfect location for us

My husband my sister in law and I stayed with our 2 dogs. The fenced in yard was a plus. We walked in it was very clean and the pictures were very accurate to the listing. We were taking in the sights in greenville & greer plus seeing our niece in fountain inn so the location was great! Stores are very close by to do small shopping. We are hoping to come back in the fall.

Convenient location

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The living room furniture has seen better days. Bathroom towels were old and frayed. There were no window coverings on the front windows. Back yard was fenced but very small and the gate latch was broken. The driveway had huge potholes which may have been the result of the hurricane but did want to point them out.

Great little home!

This home was absolutely wonderful and super clean with lots of room! My only complaint would be the lack of blinds or curtains on the windows which was a little uncomfortable and we never did find the fire pit area that was listed that we were looking forward to. Otherwise the property is gorgeous! The home was comfortable and spacious and very clean. We loved that there was board games, movies and kids books there for our use. Lots of extra towels and blankets if needed which was very appreciated . We didn’t get much instruction for check out so we hope we did everything correctly that was needed. Would definitely stay again but would really love some window coverings for more privacy :-).

Greenville and mountains

This property was outstanding. Our daughter is nearly 17, but she still enjoyed swinging on the tree swing out front. Our dog loved the property and the enclosed fenced in area. Beds were super comfortable. House was very clean. It’s ideally located far from the street and close beautiful downtown Greenville and just a short drive from spectacular hiking spots in state parks (Paris Mountain, Jones Gap, Caesar’s Head). The only feedback for improvement we have would be for the host to share a phone number in case quick communication is needed and perhaps a few simple kitchen items for added convenience (salt, pepper, cooking oil).

Very Responsive Owners

We are local to the area and had to be out of our house last minute for the weekend. The owners were very responsive and accommodating to my family (me, my husband, 3 kids 13,10, and 8, and our family dog). The house had obviously been freshly deep-cleaned when we arrived and was very comfortable for us. We had an issue with a fire alarm the first night and the property owners responded immediately to our message, even though it was late on a Friday night. My kids loved the swing out front and using the basketball hoop. Linens and towels were in good shape and clean. My only complaint at all was we couldn’t find a coffee pot in the morning (but fortunately Sbux wasn’t far away).

Great family/dog friendly home-Excellent location

Overall pretty happy with our 10 day stay. Worked well with our family including 3 pups. Fenced backyard was key though much smaller than anticipated. (About 20 feet deep and 35 feet across, half of which is cement patio area). Big front yard space with swing and basketball hoop in driveway which were used a lot. Location was within minutes to EVERYTHING. Quiet and felt safe. Neighbor close in proximity but no issues. Basic necessities, abt 6 towels, bedding provided if needed. We brought our own. Cooking pans and utensils OK could use a good non-stick pan and decent spatula. Keurig needs replaced but has an alternative coffee maker available. No cable but smart TV’s. Internet was spotty, out often and resets needed but usually up within a short time. Biggest con would be the furniture. Couches had little support and worn. Small leather chairs same. Can feel frame when sitting. No side tables but used iron barstools. The dining chairs are iron and not for sitting any length of time. Three high back upholstered chairs but again can feel frame in seat and uncomfortable. The back patio chairs broken. No outside table. Bedroom mattresses were good. A/C worked well. Bathrooms fine. Water pressure good. Did not run out of hot water. Washer and dryer worked well. Owner correspondence was good. With a few tweaks this place would be perfection! Overall it worked well.
