Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Booked but not really booked.

Booked and got confirmed for this home by the VRBO website. VRBO accepted and billed my credit card for the rental. But VRBO failed to ensure property was available and failed to provide home address and pass codes for rental home. And owner/host failed to respond to emails posted on VRBO website. ONLY after I called the owner on his private phone, was I informed the home was NOT AVAILABLE to rent. Host stated he knew nothing about me renting his home.
