“The Comfort Inn Suites Airport, Greenville, SC is an excellent place to stay. Front Desk staff is super helpful, professional, personable, and genuinely cares for their guests. Night manager very personable and goes well beyond duties while caring for her guests. Parking is tight at night as this location stays full because it’s clean, staff cares, breakfast is decent. 15 minutes from Ben Secours Wellness Arena, 5 minutes from Airport, two minutes from Skin’s Hotdogs and Championship BBQ,……

“To call the rooms "suites" is a stretch. Yes - the rooms are quite big - but they look like a small basketball court with all of the furniture jammed against the side wall. If you were throwing a dance party in your room... this place would be perfect. Also, the window curtain in our room was broken, asked for it to be fixed - not done - Two days in the dark. Had to kill two different kinds of bugs - one I could identify - one not. I am guessing I wouldn't stay there again, although the……

“Boooo! Boooo! ALL THUMBS DOWN!!! I’ve never left a review before on anything. We selected this place because reviews said it was a newly built hotel which it seemed to be. Bright clean lobby and exterior. However the floor in room 312 has never seen a mop or swifter since it was built. There was sh!t everywhere. Crumbs, hair, tissue pieces…everywhere. Bathroom counters weren’t cleaned. The floor when you walk in had spills so thick I’m surprised I’m not still stuck to the floor. The sheets and……

“Bath tub did not drain while showering. It is gross to shower in your dirty water😕”

“Bring a fan, the insulation in the walls is thin so you hear coughing in other rooms and traffic from outside. ”

“The housekeeping staff has some sort of mental illness. They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades. The owner wasn't much of a help either to managing his employees attitudes and behavior, and you can see……

“We didn’t even stay. We went elsewhere. Who has smoking rooms now?!? They switched us to a non smoking room with twin beds in a construction zone. 100% unacceptable and not as advertised. ”
