“The Comfort Inn Suites Airport, Greenville, SC is an excellent place to stay. Front Desk staff is super helpful, professional, personable, and genuinely cares for their guests. Night manager very personable and goes well beyond duties while caring for her guests. Parking is tight at night as this location stays full because it’s clean, staff cares, breakfast is decent. 15 minutes from Ben Secours Wellness Arena, 5 minutes from Airport, two minutes from Skin’s Hotdogs and Championship BBQ,……

“To call the rooms "suites" is a stretch. Yes - the rooms are quite big - but they look like a small basketball court with all of the furniture jammed against the side wall. If you were throwing a dance party in your room... this place would be perfect. Also, the window curtain in our room was broken, asked for it to be fixed - not done - Two days in the dark. Had to kill two different kinds of bugs - one I could identify - one not. I am guessing I wouldn't stay there again, although the……

“Room was clean, had to leave a day early because my son is US Air Force and was getting deployed. I told the front desk yet they offered nothing. Not even half off the day since I left a day early. Wouldn’t recommend ”

“Ordered balcony room, got first floor with no separation from the outside pool area walkway. Plus found clothes on the floor in the room from previous guest. Didn’t ask to switch rooms because was told the night I checked in the hotel was full. The phone also didn't work. ”

“My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. ”

“Room was showing age, but was clean . Bed was a little hard. Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast guy was nice but a little distracted because of multitasking. Can’t beat the location or beautiful balcony views.”

“This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Although they say the hotel was built on only 2025, you could hear the people in the room next to you as if they were inside your room causing ruckus all night. Even cars outside sound like they’re directly in your room. Then when the people in the room next to me finally did go to sleep not only could tou hear him snoring as if you’re in bed with this person, you could actually feel the vibration of the snoring. So needless to say no sleep……

“Toilet was clogged upon arrival and we were provided a plunger which still did not fix the problem. This Should have been a quality checklist item before we were assigned the room.”

“Bath tub did not drain while showering. It is gross to shower in your dirty water😕”
