My room was not clean, hair on the bathtub. The door to the room would not shut properly. The room stunk, old cigarette smell, it was awful. I could not stay there and left. I didn't ask for a refund, I felt with the staff I would just be wasting my breath.

It amazes me that such an outdated and ill-kept facility charges over $100 per night. The room had dead bugs in the corner and stains on the bed cover. Thankfully I am glad to report there were no bed bugs in our room.

AC not working at n lobby. Room at very back of hotel and WiFi was weak. Room smelled musty. Hair dryer didn’t work. Microwave was not cleaned, had food residue in it. Tub did not have a stopper and I laid a wash cloth on the drain. The cloth was black when removed. Security latch was loose.
