A line of bad weather came through one afternoon and the owners reached to make sure we knew a head of time and were prepared. Will rent again if ever in Heber Springs area!!」

「The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a group of 10 who stayed here comfortably. The river is beautiful. There was construction on the property right now, as they are working on building an access/dock to the river which will add another bonus to the property. The host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!」

「Thankful that I could book at the last minute for a group of 5. The check in experience was great. We arrived late (4am) and were able to get right in via an electronic door code. The beds were absolute heaven! Everyone in my group agreed. Best nights sleep I’ve had in months! I was pleasantly surprised to find enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc to last our entire stay. Usually rentals just give you one roll and you have to supply the rest. There were plenty of towels, blankets...

There was plenty of room for everyone and if you read the story about how the cabin was started and how it was a local hangout spot, you would agree that it still serves the purpose the original owner built it for. To entertain and bring people together for quality time and fun. 」
