「We had a lovely stay at the Coyaba. The resort is beauitful and well maintained. The staff are really helpful and the location of resort is great. The food choices are excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do remember if you are premium all inclusive the fridge will be stocked up.」

「Dust was everywhere. Blinds had rust on them. Floor needed to be mopped. Towels dirty. Breakfast had birds flying around landing on food and the servers did not try to make them move away from the food. Front desk personnel was sarcastic and not professional. Server at breakfast was rude. Omelette was full of oil. Overall not a good experience. It felt like you had to beg staff for help. No hospitality whatsoever! Will not be returning」
