Manor house "Panzalla", detached, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 6 apartments in the residence. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 4 km from the centre of San Polo in Chianti, 16 km from the centre of Impruneta, 23 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property, terraced garden with flowers and trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 07.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: reception, internet access, WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). 2 km long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bakery 4 km, bus stop "San Polo in Chianti" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: Greve in Chianti 20 km, Radda in Chianti 38 km, San Gimignano 58 m, Siena 75 m, Arezzo 65 m. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, baby equipment (included).
