「Unable to sleep! Do not stay here during the summer. Even though it seemed to cool off at night, and even with a fan, it was so hot in the top bedroom that we sweat all night and did not sleep a wink. Also, there was a dog barking next door so that made it even harder to sleep. For some reason, there isn’t a pool listed in the description but when we complained about the heat, we were told we could use the pool. The property is beautiful but unbearable in terms of getting sleep, I do not...

「An upstairs 2 BR , 2 BR apartment, small kitchenette in dead center of the most charming town you can imagine. Backyard has a shared small pool and pool house to use (a great reading room!) , Incredible & kind, welcoming people in this area, even if you don’t speak Italian is not a problem, you’ll get by just fine. A nice well stocked grocery store is a 10 min walk. And then there is the restaurants, outstanding, just suburb! You will not want to leave this town. Make it your base of...

「If I could give 6 stars I would. This was a perfect location, accommodations and hospitality. AC, clean, pool, fluffy pillows (I hear this is rare), and the location was perfect. Highly recommend a cooking class with Alessandro next door. Made the experience!」

「Great location, superior tent was really nice with the en-suite and balcony. Easy check in. Staff friendly and helpful.
Downsides were no designated parking space for us despite not all tents being occupied. Also bread given out at dinner were not free despite us not asking for them and at €6 a bag it was not great value. The bread was pretty hard and tasteless!
Regardless I would recommend a stay here in the heart of Tuscany and within half an hour bus ride into Florence ♥️🇮🇹」
