“The location was absolutely perfect being on the very edge of Des Moines. It was quiet, no city distractions and very private. The space was very clean and Clayton was very friendly and personable. We definitely would stay again!”

“It has nice space with 4 separate bedrooms, 2 main floor living room areas, and a basement game room. However, with a house that has easy capability to sleep 8 people it has a small kitchen table with only 4 chairs. It would be advantageous to at least have 4 additional folding chairs and either a bigger kitchen table or an additional folding table that could be used if needed. The kitchen is poorly equipped for doing any cooking. There aren't any pots or pans or baking dishes. There are……

“We had a great family weekend in Des Moines. The house is fantastic for a large group. Nice kitchen, dining and living areas. Plenty of bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The game room in the basement was super fun! Everyone had plenty of space and a great time! When we arrived the front door was open and two men were in the entryway with large equipment. They seem to have been repairing the kitchen floor. That was odd, and awkward, but it seemed fine. There was a layer of dust on every……

“The home has been updated, which was nice. However, upon arrival on a 20-degree November day, the indoor temperature was 56 degrees with the air conditioning on, making the house very cold. The cleaner was still present when we arrived, yet the floors and bathrooms were not clean.The host was responsive and offered a refund of the cleaning fee, which we appreciated.”
