Very good view from our bedroom window which I liked best. Second, it offers very good breakfast. Location is very convenient. The only thing not good is no private bathroom. Overall the stay is very good experience.

Amazing hostel.. the scenery from the hostel was breath-taking. Staff was extremely helpful. Top notch breakfast in the morning. Clean restroom and kitchen. Overall, excellent spot for bag packers and solo travelers. You get to meet friendly people from all over the world. However, I don’t think I would stay there with family.

For the price the place is perfect. Breakfast is amazing. Staff ia very helpful. Parking is 5 Euro a day. 5 min walk from bys stations, train starion and lots of gondolas. There ia a CoOp Grocery store right next to the property.

The guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I asked if I could switch rooms and he said he will check and then he was able to find another room for me. The rooms were clean and spacious. It’s also a great location, close to the terminal, bus stop, and train station.

The reception folks were very courteous and helpful. I liked the access to the train station, bus as well as for the cable car from this lodge. I was pleased to find out that we can take the local bus (121,122) for free within the Grindelwald. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!!!!

Honestly, this was the second hostel that I stayed at and it was wonderful. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I normally don’t ever do reviews but I had to do one for this place everything about it was perfect. And if you get a chance to get Klara as a receptionist, she was wonderful and answered all my questions.

Good location, but the rooms are really dated, the toilets/showers are really basic, the kitchen is really unpractical (no toaster, no oven or hob, just one microwave and a really small fridge for such a big hostel).

I wanted to express my gratitude to a lady receptionist. I arrived early and stored my luggage in the baggage room and then put the key at the counter. I went to explore Interlaken and called to inform that I would be late for a proper check in and I needed to get the luggage from the baggage room which I didn't have the access to. She was really kind and waited for me, sorry to have kept you waiting.

We called in and had two twin beds a bathroom and air conditioner and they ended up putting us in their other side which was a brothel I'm 61 years old I didn't go on vacation to sleep in the brothel I was a little disappointed the room was fine but I had to walk clear down the hall to go to the bathroom I'm not sure if that was their fault or the booking site we went through but be careful if you went here to make sure you get the right side
