"It was a bit of an adventure finding Hotel Pacifica after a long day of travel, given it is located on the far side of the river with no obvious way to cross, but after asking directions from another "gringo" we found our way across the foot bridge. The suite was fine for three adults although a bit sparse in terms of kitchen supplies. Good enough for a simple breakfast or lunch but cooking supper would've been difficult. "We had a wonderful stay at this resort! We stayed in the Coba Suites and absolutely loved our room. Having two balconies and a private hot tub made our stay even more enjoyable, and the view overlooking the lagoon was beautiful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Angel, one of our waiters, who was outstanding. He was attentive, polite, and always made sure our drinks were full with a smile. This is a great family-friendly resort with plenty to do for everyone. The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!"
