Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the private balcony of this inviting studio. Inside, you’ll find a king-size bed, a double sofa bed, a kitchen with stovetop and coffee maker, and a full bathroom. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi add everyday comfort. Spend time by the shared pool or watch the coast from your balcony. Please note: direct access to the sea is not permitted.

Your stay includes access to the incredible common areas that make these villas a unique place:
Outdoor Relaxation Areas: The complex features a swimming pool surrounded by artificial grass and palm trees, offering ocean views. Guests also have access to spacious terraces and balconies equipped with lounge swings and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunsets.

Direct Access and Recreation: There is direct access to a sunbathing area with sand and white steps leading directly to the rocky shoreline (direct access to the sea is not permitted). There is also a covered bar area with a counter decorated with artificial foliage and a beverage cooler, ideal for social gatherings.

Privileged Views: All common areas face the sea, ensuring a constant connection with the natural surroundings and the sound of the waves.

- All communication must take place via the messaging app. Our agents are available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time, Mexico). We want you to enjoy a pleasant stay; if there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know.
- Please send the full names/official IDs of all adults and the full names of the minors.
- Glass containers are not allowed in common areas.
- No pets.
- Please do not open or attempt to open the locked storage units; they belong to the owners. If this occurs, a fine of $500 pesos will be imposed.
- It's important to leave the entrance keys, as another guest may use them.
- We can issue an invoice for tax purposes, just request it!

This space is managed by CoralEscapes, a professional vacation rental company. All of our units have basic criteria of services, cleanliness and equipment. We have special prices for stays of 1 month or more, contact us before booking!

By booking you accept the following conditions.

1) Additional guests cannot stay other than those in the reservation. Make sure to register all the guest as our prices vary according to the occupants. Unfortunately dues to the condominium policies, visitors are not allowed (for specific situations, we can sometimes make an exception, contact us to validate)

2) As per HOA regulations, within 24hrs of your reservation we will need the names and official identification of all adult occupants to complete a registration. This request is very strict for us, if we don't receive it, we may have to cancel the reservation.

4) Electricity. For stays of more than 14 nights, electricity will NOT be included and will be charged at 6 pesos per kWh payable before departure.

5) All our units are non-smoking; please smoke outside in the designated condominium areas—not inside the apartment or on the balcony. Thank you! A fine of 1,000 pesos will be charged for smoking indoors.

6) Check-In/Check-Out. Please respect the check in and check out time windows. We offer early check-In and late Check-out for $400 pesos per event. It is important to respect the check out time as we most likely have guest arriving. If you leave late without speaking to the host, there will be a $500 fee for every half hour you are late.

7) Electricity and internet service may be intermittent. These services are provided by third parties, so any failures, interruptions, or variations are beyond the host's control. Similarly, any issues related to the condominium are outside the host's control (such as pool maintenance or repairs to the condominium or amenities).


8) Please take care of the key/access card/bracelet; if you take it with you, you have the option to return it by 2:30 p.m. on the same day. Otherwise, or in the event of loss, there will be a charge that will be billed directly to the client.

9) It is important to check out by 11:00 a.m., as specified in the listing. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $500 pesos for every half-hour past 11:00 a.m.

10) Parties and excessive noise are not permitted after 9:00 PM; please keep noise and music to a minimum. Our units are designed for families, couples, and relaxation. Upon receiving the first complaint from neighbors, security, or the condominium management, we will be forced to cancel the reservation and require you to vacate the unit, in addition to charging $500 pesos fine for the inconvenience.
