「We stayed in the Beacon loft and it was beautiful! Loved the bathroom and comfy bed. It is right above a bar, so if you are very sensitive to sound maybe skip this one on the weekend. We loved how it was right on the main street next to all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!」

Kitchen lacked necessary items like a mixer, cast iron pan, non PFA cookware. We had an issue with the company they use to manage the payment for the parking. I did not get a receipt. They have no website, no phone number, no email for support and complaints. What a joke The front desk would not give me any of the parking...

「This hotel was not as advertised on Expedia. Our “Premier Room” was 52 stairs down on the lowest level, which was exasperating when bringing in and taking out luggage. We stayed in the Red Lady room in the Summit building. There was a closet, but no drawers to unpack into. We had to lift our suitcases onto the bed each time we needed anything. There were also no working reading lamps by the bed. The wall switches didn’t work. The shower leaked all over the floor every time we used it. Do not...

「Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.」

「The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. 」
