「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」

This isn't a hotel of luxury it's basically okay no big issue while on board.」

「A good apartment for business or travel」

「The property was amazing, quiet, and relaxing. However, I requested two queen beds instead of one king bed, as I was travelling with a friend and we did not want to share a bed. I also relayed this information to the host ahead of time, but unfortunately, my request was not accommodated, which made part of the stay a little uncomfortable. Aside from that, the property itself was beautiful and peaceful. I just wish the sleeping arrangement had been handled better or communicated more clearly...

「The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.」
