The apartment features a private terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. At the back, a second outdoor area includes a washing machine. Guests also have access to the large shared garden, equipped with chairs, a swing seat and two barbecues. Private outdoor parking (1 car) included.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes a table, chairs, a double sofa bed and TV. The sleeping area offers two bedrooms: one double room with an additional armchair bed, and one twin room with two single beds, both with wardrobe and drawers. A modern bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

The residence is located in a quiet area surrounded by pine forest, within walking distance of the beach, the center of Marina di Grosseto, shops, the tourist port and essential services. Beach clubs, supermarkets and cycle paths are easily reachable.
