We just loved it

Perhaps the most satisfying stay of the last years. An excellent house with a lot of space, well equipped, with a large garden and a really tasteful interior. The location is situated quite close to the Maremma beaches ( 40 minutes by bicycle) as to the highway (ca. 800m) for trips of all kind. Contacts with our hosts were always friendly and easy. There's nothing left to say but....we just loved it and we'll try to come back some day! Highly recommendable!

Perhaps the most satisfying stay of the last years. An excellent house with a lot of space, well equipped, with a large garden and a really tasteful interior. The location is situated quite close to the Maremma beaches ( 40 minutes by bicycle) as to the highway (ca. 800m) for trips of all kind. Contacts with our hosts were always friendly and easy. There's nothing left to say but....we just loved it and we'll try to come back some day! Highly recommendable!

Great Space with a lot of space

The house and the different rooms gave us lots of room to choose a place for hanging loose. The kitchen was well equipped for highly motivated chefs to cook some nice lunchs or dinners. The upper floor was a site to retire for some video conferencing or research with view over the maremma landscape. Our hosts were very kind and surprised us with some local fruits. Not as a disadvantage but a fact to consider: Villa Allegra is situated at the edge of a nice little village with all life a traffic of a little village.

Comfortabel maar...

Het huis is erg comfortabel en groot. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Maar het is een ongezellig donker huis. Er zijn geen vliegen ramen, het tuin gedeelte voor gasten nodigt niet uit er was ook maar 1 ligbed en geen kussens. Mooi terras maar je gaat er niet zitten want er loopt een drukke baan dus de hele dag verkeerslawaai. Enkel 's nachts is het stil. Toen we op zondag aankwamen werkte de gasaansteker niet en geen lucifers voorhanden. Kortom geen aanrader voor het huis dus hele dag

Unser Aufenthalt war gut. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Leider ist das Haus etwas zu sehr abgelegen und man braucht deshalb für alles ein Auto. Das einzige Restaurant in der Nähe hat leider Sportheimflair aber das Essen ist ok. Zu empfehlen ist auf jeden Fall ein Abendessen in der Altstadt von Grosseto. Innerhalb der alten Stadtmauern findet man die typische Romantik der Toskana!

Schöne Doppelhaushälfte zwischen Grosseto und dem Meer. Die Lage ist super, mit dem Auto sind es 10 Minuten nach Grosseto und zumindest in der Nebensaison ist man mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten am wunderschönen Strand von Marina di Albarese und findet dort problemlos einen Parkplatz. Das Haus ist sehr ausergewöhnlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Beide Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und bleiben auch an warmen Tagen angenehm temperiert. Die Küche und der Holzkohlegrill sind super, es fehlt an Nichts, selbst die Messer sind klasse. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Einliegerwohnung, wir hatten wenig Kontakt, wenn dann sehr diskret und sehr freundlich. Selbiges gilt für die Verwalter der Wohnung. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche dort.

We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken, meerdere terrassen en een grote tuin waar de kinderen konden spelen. de badkamer boven heeft een geweldig uitzicht en in de ontspanningsruimte is er plaats om creatief bezig te zijn. Een aanrader!

Wij hebben hier een heerlijke ontspannen vakantie gehad met ons gezin. Huis is ruim en heeft verschillende ruimtes en terrassen en heeft alle comfort die je maar kan wensen. Huis heeft een fijne sfeer door alle mooie kunst en boeken. Stranden zijn in de buurt, wij gingen naar Fiumara Beach 24 min rijden maar wel direct parkeren onder de bomen aan het strand. Wij zouden zeker nog eens terug komen.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit großem Garten, offener Wohn-Ess-Küche. Ideal mit Kindern durch die beiden Schlafzimmer im EG. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern - vorallem die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt perfekt, um die Strände entlang der Küste abzufahren - zum Strand sind es maximal 15 Minuten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Handtücher und Bettzeug kann bei Bedarf hinzugebucht werden. Vielen Dank für die Zeit, die wir in Rispescia verbringen durften - wir kommen gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße!

Casa Allegra è molto gradevole e spaziosa con arredamento particolare e begli spazi fuori e dentro. Il giardino è molto ben curato. La casa è ben fornita di tutto. La posizione della casa permette di riposare bene essendo in una zona poco frequentata ma vicina al Parco Naturale della Maremma e altre belle spiagge. Complessivamente esperienza positiva.
