Villa Neeva – A Heartfelt Retreat Where City Convenience Meets Natural Serenity

Enjoy a relaxing stay with family or friends at this peaceful, modern three-bedroom home with private pool in an upscale, quiet neighborhood in Curaçao. Villa Neeva offers the perfect blend of city access and natural beauty, keeping you close to supermarkets, shopping malls, and restaurants, while still just a short drive from the island’s stunning western beaches.

Recently renovated, this home is designed with your comfort in mind. The open kitchen features a built-in stove, oven, and a spacious refrigerator, perfect for preparing meals together. In the living room, unwind on a cozy couch and enjoy the Smart TV. The dining area provides an inviting space for shared meals and conversations. Outside, a large yard is perfect for both relaxation and for pets to enjoy during your stay.

Utilities:

• For stays longer than two weeks, 200 kWh of electricity is included.
• For shorter stays, 10 kWh per day is provided complimentary.

Should you exceed the included amount, additional electricity is available for purchase through a prepaid method.

Water usage is included, and we encourage thoughtful use of both water and electricity.

Een Geweldige Vakantie in een Perfect Huis!

Ik heb onlangs Villa Neeva gehuurd voor mijn vakantie en het was een geweldige ervaring! Het huis was goed onderhouden, heerlijk schoon en had alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden. De locatie was perfect, dicht bij het strand en lokale restaurants. De gastheer was ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik zou dit huis zeker aanbevelen aan anderen die een ontspannen vakantie willen. Ik kijk ernaar uit om hier in de toekomst terug te keren!

Nice home away from home

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this little house is perfect as a vacation base to explore the island. Several facilities & services are close-by, and the house is relatively comfortable. The bathroom is very nice, the beds are a bit too firm for our taste but we slept soundly. The walk-in in the master's bedroom is a nice touch, adding lots of storage. Kitchen is well-equipped, missing very little.However, if you can't handle insects & lizards intrusions, this house may not be for you. The only AC units are in the rooms, while the living room, kitchen and dining area are depending on ventilation provided by opening the screenless windows & doors, so as you guessed it, your choice is between dying from the heat while having very little intrusions, to a very breezy & cool main room with lizards, ants, flies, mosquitoes and the like getting in. Anyway the windows & doors allow intrusions even with the shutters closed, since there are no screens, as there are many interstices allowing entry for most critters roaming around. But that's just us.We stayed two weeks, and even though we experienced minor annoyances, it was nice having our little home away from home.

Nice and spacious stay at good location

nice and spacious stay in a good location. With 3 bedrooms, spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen, Villa Neeva on Grote Berg is a great starting point to explore Curacao. Close to Otrabanda and Punda on one side and nature on the other. Several beautiful and quiet beaches are less than a 20-minute drive away. Also eateries and supermarkets are nearby. The landlord said that Villa Neeva will soon be equipped with a washing machine.

We had an amazing time at Villa Neeva. Everything we needed was there, making it incredibly complete. The cleanliness was impressive, and our host was friendly. The house itself is simply beautiful.
